Physiotherapist assistant: Open to support personnel employed under the direction and supervision of a physiotherapist (for example, physiotherapist assistant, aide, technician or helper, rehabilitation assistant, classroom therapy assistant).
Retired: Physiotherapists who are permanently retired from practice are eligible to register at the “Retired” rate.
Entry level student: Students, currently enrolled in a physiotherapist professional entry level qualifying programme and who are due to graduate in 2021 or after, are eligible to register for the “Entry level student” rate. Students who graduate in or before December 2020 are not eligible to register for the “Entry level student” rate. The “Entry level student” rate does not apply to physiotherapists in post qualifying graduate programmes or to other graduate students (for example MSc, PhD). Physiotherapist assistant students are also eligible to register for the “Entry level student” rate.
Non-member: If you are not a member of a World Physiotherapy member organisation, or your national association is not a World Physiotherapy member, or you do not qualify for one of the categories above, you must register at the “Non-member” rate. Country/territory income levels
High and upper-middle income: as currently defined by the World Bank, these are high and upper middle-income economies with a GNI per capita of $4,036 and above.
Lower middle income: as defined by the World Bank, these are lower middle income economies with a GNI per capita between $1,036 and $4,045.
Low income: as defined by the World Bank, these are low income economies with a GNI per capita of $1,035 or less.
Physiotherapists who are members of a World Physiotherapy member organisation; physiotherapist assistants, retired physiotherapists, and entry level students in lower middle and low income countries/territories are eligible for a reduced registration fee.
