Tim Németh is an assistant lecturer at Hasselt University, a senior policy advisor for the Belgian professional association and a self employed physiotherapist. He completed his masters degree at the University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg, South Africa with the dissertation 'Policy analysis of legislative frameworks relating to physiotherapy in Belgium and South Africa'. Tim is engaged in the executive committee of IPPTA, the private practice WCPT subgroup and is the 2nd vice-chairman of the Europe Region of the WCPT. Tim has participated as an invited speaker in national and international congresses since 2009. For the WCPT he has been engaged either as a participant, an abstracted reviewer, a co-chair or a presenter at all congresses since Amsterdam 2011. His current projects include Physiotherapists’ professional autonomy in the national health care systems (AEUMWG) and Continuing Professional Development and the legal framework structure correlation with desired policy outcomes (UHasselt).
