Rebecca qualified with a MSc Physiotherapy degree from Birmingham City University in December 2019. Rebecca has just completed her first year in professional practice as a Band 5 rotational physiotherapist at Russell's Hall Hospital. Whilst on her first rotation Rebecca contracted COVID-19 in March 2020 and has suffered with Long COVID as a result. Rebecca has just completed a rotation on ICU whilst still battling through Long COVID symptoms herself and working with Coronavirus patients. Rebecca has a professional interest in cardiorespiratory physiotherapy and citical care. Outside of her professional life Rebecca is passionate about sports, in particular football and boxing. Rebecca is a member of Long COVID physio and advocates for access to safe and effective rehabilitation.
