Dale Scalise-Smith, PT, DPT, PhD, is an experienced academic leader with a demonstrated history of working in the higher education industry. She is Dean and Professor Emeritus, Utica College, Utica N.Y. In her current role as Vice President for Allied Health Academic Services at Orbis Education, she collaborates with academic partners in transforming allied health programs to hybrid delivery. Dr. Scalise-Smith serves as the program chair for the International Organisation of Physiotherapists in Paediatrics (IOPTP) and on the World Physiotherapy Congress2021 Conference Planning Committee.
