Dr Susan Waller is an experienced health professional educator, researcher and curriculum designer. Susan has designed and facilitated courses and workshops across Australia and internationally on interprofessional education and clinical supervision. Graduating in 1981 from the University of Queensland, Susan completed her Master of Physiotherapy (Paediatrics) and has worked clinically with families with children with disabilities in rural Australia, Saudi Arabia and in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Susan’s PhD study was in Interprofessional Education and she is passionate about teamwork and collaboration. Presently appointed as an Adjunct Senior Researcher, Susan continues to participate on a longitudinal multi-university graduate outcome study and a supervision training realist evaluation. Susan has recently joined the UAE University in the Medical Education department. In the past 5 years, Susan has contributed to 20 peer reviewed papers, 4 government reports and 1 book chapter. She has been a member of teams which have attracted just under 2 million dollars in grant support.
