Cleaver, Shaun

Shaun Cleaver PT, PhD is a physiotherapist whose work focuses on global health, disability, health policy, and ethics. Shaun is a past chair of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association’s Global Health Division and a research fellow at McGill University, through which he conducts policy-focused participatory research and knowledge translation together with persons with disabilities in Zambia. Shaun has taught global health and ethics to entry-level physiotherapy students and coordinates the community health alliance service-learning program at McGill University’s Outaouais medical campus. In the past five years, Shaun has first-authored 6 peer-reviewed publications, 3 book sections, and 4 invited editorials and delivered 20 conference presentations (17 as first author).
