Vincent S Paramanandam is a Technical Officer-D at Tata Memorial Hospital, a large-volume tertiary cancer hospital, Mumbai, India. He has actively contributed to the development of the Onco-physiotherapy field in India. His team at Tata Memorial Hospital started the first Onco-physiotherapy certificate program and provide annual Lymphoedema training program. He is one of the founding members of the Society of Onco-Physiotherapists. One of his systematic reviewes titled Weight training is not harmful for women with breast cancer- related lymphoedema: a sytematic review received the best paper of the year award 2014 from the Physiotherapy Journal. He is a recipient of the University of Sydney International Scholarship (USydIS) award. His current research interests are lymphoedema prevention and patient-reported outcome measures.
