Rafael Zambelli Pinto is an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Physical Therapy, Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG) - Brazil. His research interests include low back pain and evidence-based practice. He has an extensive publication record, with papers in BMJ and Annals of Internal Medicine. Currently, he is the secretary of the International Society of Physiotherapy Journal Editors, which has over 100 member journals. He is the Editor-in-Chief of Brazilian Journal of Physical Therapy. He has made numerous presentations at national and international conferences, including WCPT Congress, the XIV International Forum for Back & Neck Pain Research in Primary Care, and the XXV International Symposium on Biomechanics in Sports.
